The professional will supervise field activities, manage substandard conditions, and ensure proper application of current regulations, strengthening the preventive culture within the project. **Requirements** * Graduate, licensed, and qualified professional in Mining Engineering, Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in **Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment**. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in mining operations** and HSE supervision. * Proven experience in **supervision of contractors**. * Solid knowledge of **current legal regulations in mining safety**. * Certification for **supervision of high-risk activities / fatal hazards**. * Ability to prepare **technical reports and field reports**. * Proficiency in computer tools: **MS Office and HSE reporting systems**. **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication at all levels. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Performance under pressure in high-demand environments. * Results-driven with continuous improvement orientation. * Commitment to safety culture and preventive behavior. **Main Responsibilities** * Directly supervise field activities: inspections, safety observations, and follow-up on unsafe conditions. * Identify and manage **substandard conditions**. * Verify compliance with established **regulations, standards, and procedures**. * Report findings and support implementation of **corrective and preventive actions**. * Participate in **coordination meetings** and training sessions.
