We are currently looking for an **Air Conditioning Technical Assistant** **Responsibilities**: * Provide support to specialist technicians in maintaining air conditioning and HVAC equipment. * Assist in recording executed activities according to Work Orders and document daily maintenance occurrences in the Daily Report. * Coordinate with supervision regarding work-related processes, scope, and impact of maintenance interventions performed. * Track services provided until completion, including pending spare parts and required activities. * Propose continuous improvements to enhance preventive maintenance reliability and reduce service maintenance operational time. * Reduce failures (emergency calls) and improve performance of assigned equipment. * Use provided resources appropriately and reasonably to deliver services. * Ensure all work complies with manufacturer-recommended standards. * Perform all tasks in accordance with current safety regulations. **What profile are we looking for?** * Electrician technician, maintenance mechanic, or graduate of HVAC and refrigeration programs, recently graduated. * Prior experience in air conditioning maintenance is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate strong interest in learning more about this field. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems. * Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn. * Availability to work night shifts in Callao. **Benefits**: * Competitive market-based salary. * Full formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for growth and development within a leading multinational company in the HVAC sector.
