




**Date:** Sep 16, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Manage and optimize the corporate mobile phone service (2,500 lines), ensuring budget control, proper resource administration, generation of key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic reporting through data analysis tools, contributing to operational efficiency and decision-making within the company. **What will you do in your role?** * Administer a portfolio of 2,500 corporate mobile lines, ensuring proper activation, deactivation, portability, and plan updates according to business needs. * Monitor and track the budget allocated to the telephony service, guaranteeing efficiency and cost optimization. * Establish, monitor, and report service management KPIs (usage, savings, incidents, response times, user satisfaction). * Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI for real-time data visualization and analysis. * Negotiate and coordinate with telecom operators and providers to ensure service continuity and improvement. * Provide first-level support to internal users regarding issues and inquiries related to corporate telephony. * Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for line management, processes, and contracts. * Prepare periodic reports for management, consolidating financial, technical, and service data. **What do we need from you?** * Previous experience in administrative management areas. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications management, general services, or corporate contract management. * Experience analyzing large volumes of data, budgets, and managing suppliers. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Experience managing mobile lines and corporate telephony services. * Experience with KPIs and dashboards.
