




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT and Platform Support Manager to ensure 24/7 operability of the online casino platform, coordinating with vendors and performing QA on integrations. We are a land-based casino company in Peru with over 20 years of industry experience and 8 casinos operating nationwide, alongside complementary business lines. We are currently expanding into the online casino vertical and are therefore seeking the following profile: IT and Platform Support Manager, whose primary responsibility is to maintain 100% platform functionality 24 hours a day. Timely coordination with vendors to resolve any issues. Conducting QA verification of integrations and coordinating maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical liaison between the company and the platform vendor. * Track and resolve technical incidents arising from daily operations. * Oversee the proper functioning of the online casino platform. * Escalate, coordinate, and monitor technical issues until resolution. * Provide internal technical support to operational departments. * Verify platform testing, implementations, and enhancements. * Perform QA verification of new integrations. * Ensure operational continuity and technical stability of the business. Ideal Candidate Profile: A professional with intermediate-level technical IT knowledge, QA experience, effective communication skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
