Position Summary: Execute and calculate the payroll process for personnel in accordance with Alicorp standards, ensuring accurate and timely payment of entitlements and compliance with legal requirements. Monthly AFP and PDT Plame filings **Date:** 10 Jun 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute and calculate the payroll process for personnel in accordance with Alicorp standards to ensure accurate and timely payment of entitlements and compliance with legal requirements.**What will you do in this role?** * Calculate and validate the monthly payroll for workers and employees of our subsidiary. * Calculate and validate social benefits including CTS, bonuses, and vacation pay. * Calculate and validate special payrolls (bi-weekly payments, productivity bonuses, profit-sharing, educational benefits). * Calculate reimbursement related to the closure of union collective bargaining agreements for workers. * Prepare and validate supporting documentation for audits, financial reports, labor claims, and inspections—both labor and tax-related—in coordination with responsible departments (HR, Corporate Legal, etc.). * Submit monthly AFP and PDT Plame filings. * Perform payroll accounting closing and accruals for vacations, bonuses, and CTS. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll. * Knowledge of current Labor Legislation, Fifth Category Income Tax calculation, PLAME filing, AFP registration, T\-register, or similar. * Experience in accounting analysis of payroll accounts (highly desirable) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate proficiency in SAP.
