Job Summary: We are seeking a Loading Assistant to ensure efficient receipt, registration, dispatch, and delivery of parcels, providing courteous service and managing payments and inquiries to deliver a positive customer experience. We are currently seeking **male personnel** to fill the position of **Loading Assistant**, focused on delivering efficient and courteous service, ensuring the **receipt, registration, dispatch, and delivery of parcels and luggage**, as well as proper payment collection and inquiry resolution—contributing to a positive customer experience and achieving the company’s operational goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide service and guidance to customers regarding **parcel and cargo shipping and pickup**. * **Receive, register, and dispatch parcels** in the system. * Provide clear information about **destinations, dispatch schedules, and delivery times**. * Manage **parcel service payments** (cash, POS, or other methods). * Verify correct **labeling and documentation** of cargo. * Resolve inquiries and incidents in a **courteous and professional manner**. * Maintain **order, cleanliness, and professional appearance** at the counter. * Comply with the company’s **operational procedures and policies**. * Assist with the **physical handling of parcels**, as required by operations. **Required Profile** * **Completed secondary education** (technical or higher education preferred). * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales** (preferably in transportation, tourism, retail, or services). * Basic computer skills (**sales systems and basic Excel**). * Cash handling experience. * Availability to work **weekends and holidays**. * **Strong verbal communication skills** and a friendly demeanor with customers. **We Offer** * Formal employment under Peruvian labor law. * **Market-competitive salary**. * **Ongoing training**. * **Growth opportunities** within the company. * **Job stability** with a solid transportation-sector company.
