




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage recruitment, selection, personnel administration, payroll, and organizational development processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage comprehensive HR processes (recruitment, selection, payroll) 2. Implement performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and training programs 3. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations A real estate and construction company is looking for an **HR Analyst** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Develop job descriptions, MOFs (Manual of Functions), and organizational charts. * Administer employment contracts, T\-Registration, and employee files. * Manage payroll and social benefits (CTS, bonuses, Fifth Category income tax). * File PLAME declarations, AFP contributions, and other labor obligations. * Monitor attendance, vacations, and medical leaves. * Manage subsidies and insurance (Life Insurance Law and SCTR). * Implement performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and training programs. * Develop HR management indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience managing payroll and comprehensive labor processes. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Prior experience in the real estate sector is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Proactivity and results orientation * Teamwork * Confidentiality **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site * Remuneration: S/ 2,200 Salary: Starting from S/.2,200\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
