Opportunity for professional growth **JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER – METAL STRUCTURES** Are you a mechanical engineer passionate about metal structures, proactive, and eager to grow professionally? We are looking for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise metal structure manufacturing processes in the workshop, ensuring compliance with technical specifications * Prepare and manage quality documentation, including protocols, records, and inspection reports * Verify compliance with technical standards and quality requirements at each stage of the production process * Monitor materials, consumables, and tools used during workshop manufacturing * Coordinate with the production team to ensure progress and adherence to manufacturing schedules * Identify and report non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions **REQUIREMENTS:** * Mechanical Engineering degree or related field * Knowledge of metal structure manufacturing and quality control * Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation tools * Familiarity with Peruvian technical standards and AISC, AWS, or similar standards is a plus * Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented attitude with strong willingness to learn **APPLICATIONS:** Submit your updated CV through this channel **Join a team that invests in your talent!** Employment type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Contract duration: 3 months Work location: On-site employment
