You will play a key role in planning and improving our operations, ensuring efficiency across the entire supply chain—from importation through distribution. What will you do? Analyze service, cost, productivity, and quality indicators. Monitor projects and ensure their proper execution. Plan and implement short- and long-term operational improvements. Manage and track the department’s budget. Manage the fleet to ensure operational continuity. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes. Why is this role critical? Requirements What are we looking for? Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in operations, logistics, or project management. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
