Development of architectural projects for retail At **IC Montegrande**, we are looking for a **Retail Project Architect/Coordinator** to join our **Projects and Design** team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Develop functional and attractive architectural projects for the retail sector. * Review and integrate various project disciplines, coordinating with involved specialists. * Prepare technical documentation for construction execution. * Coordinate with Supervision and Construction departments regarding layout modifications and client requirements. * Prepare weekly project progress reports. * Ensure compliance with current regulations. * Prepare descriptive reports and safety plans. * Develop 3D models and presentations for clients. * Manage procedures and coordination with relevant authorities. **What are we looking for?** * Licensed and registered architect. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sector projects. * Experience in developing and/or participating in technical documentation for commercial space implementation in shopping malls. * Knowledge of architectural design, space optimization, regulations, and ordinances. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, and V\-Ray. * Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. * Ability to plan, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively. * Experience coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration. * Health insurance and paid vacation. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects. * Excellent work environment within a growing company. **How to apply?** Send your updated CV to kgomez@icmontegrande.com.pe or via WhatsApp at 908 840 819, with the subject line "Retail Project Coordinator – \[Your Name]".
