**We are seeking a WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the steel industry or industrial products sector. * Experience in supervising and coordinating work teams. * Availability to work in Los Olivos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Coordinate and lead personnel under supervision. * Schedule, coordinate, and monitor staff activities: attendance, leave requests, vacations, absences, and tardiness. * Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to optimize product marketing and distribution. * Supervise warehousing, inventory control, and product distribution processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedures. * Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of products in warehouses. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize costs and increase operational efficiency. * Ensure that products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations. * Conduct periodic operational performance analyses, prepare reports, and propose improvements. * Lead continuous improvement projects and implementation of new initiatives. * Validate and approve overtime hours (O.T.) and overnight shifts for warehouse staff. * Validate meal vouchers related to overtime and overnight shifts. * Oversee and comprehensively manage the company’s daily operations. * Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service quality. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career advancement opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,000.00 per month Application question(s): * In which sectors or industries have you worked (industrial, commercial, services, etc.)? * What are your salary expectations?
