RESPONSIBILITIES \- Responsible for enforcing the Safety Program aimed at achieving the CLIENT's zero accident standards. \- Develop, approve, and disseminate the Risk Prevention and Safety Program for activities carried out within the SERVICE. \- Conduct continuous supervision of the SERVICE, verifying compliance with current legal regulations and standards related to Safety, Health at Work, and Environment. \- Carry out planned and unplanned inspections according to Safety and Occupational Health standards. \- Participate in the investigation and review of reports on accidents and incidents related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. \- Deliver safety talks regarding Occupational Health and Safety. \- Conduct sustainability impact analyses (health, safety, and environment). \- Prepare risk analysis for field execution. \- Monitor safety performance. \- Issue improvement proposals to the client. REQUIREMENTS \- University graduate in Engineering (preferably in Safety Engineering, Mining, or related fields). \- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in supervisory roles related to Safety and/or Environmental management within the Mining sector. \- Desirable knowledge in comprehensive occupational health management, safety, and environmental management in mining operations (indicators, KPIs, etc.), applicable legislation regarding occupational safety and health, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, equivalent Peruvian technical standards, methodology and application of risk analysis and identification of environmental impacts, waste management and disposal programs, emergency response, effective communication techniques, personnel administration, organization and planning, interpersonal relations, leadership, teamwork, among others. \- Ability to read, synthesize, and write technical documents. \- Class A1 driver's license \- desirable.
