We continuously transform ourselves with operational excellence-oriented management and are committed to delivering high-impact services and consulting to our customers and communities. **We invite you to join our team!** We are looking for a **Reception** professional with solid experience and excellent customer service skills for our pet reference center. **Your responsibilities in the team:** * Register and update patient data in the system (VETPRAXIS). * Generate service orders for consultations, procedures, and services. * Collect payments for services (cash and POS). * Guide customers regarding their appointments and payment methods. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What we are looking for in you:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Cashier certification course (desirable). * Experience using appointment scheduling systems, billing systems, and customer service protocols in clinics. * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***We look forward to meeting you!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Please describe your experience in this position. * Are you available to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon)? * Do you have experience in reception roles at healthcare or veterinary centers?
