Interdepartmental coordination for product delivery. **Job Objective:** Provide support to the commercial department, ensuring timely customer service, quotation preparation, order tracking, and coordination with various departments to contribute to achieving sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. * Prepare and track quotations. * Register and update customer and sales information. * Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics for order delivery. * Issue sales orders and support invoicing as required. * Follow up with customers for sales closure and after-sales service. * Maintain an updated customer database. * Prepare commercial reports and sales performance indicators. * Support tender processes and commercial documentation when required. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in industrial companies). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel). * ERP system experience is desirable. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure. **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of industrial, hydraulic, or mining sector products.
