**Occupational Clinic S\&M** is seeking an **Operations Manager** with strong experience in operational management, process optimization, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
We seek a strategic professional, results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, capable of ensuring operational efficiency across our branches and services.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise the overall operations of the company's branches and services.
* Manage and monitor the performance of Branch Coordinators and the Systems department.
* Implement management indicators (KPIs) and monitor achievement of operational objectives.
* Identify, document, standardize, and optimize processes using BPM methodologies.
* Develop procedural manuals, flowcharts, and operational checklists.
* Supervise logistical control, inventory management, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
* Ensure operational continuity of campaigns, clinic-based services, and external services.
* Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance (Civil Defense, Municipalities, etc.).
* Respond to inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
* Analyze operational costs and develop improvement proposals to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Lead continuous improvement projects focused on resource and process optimization.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
* **Minimum 2–5 years of experience in managerial or Senior Coordination roles** in Operations, Logistics, Services, or Healthcare.
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
* **Experience in Occupational Health**
* Demonstrated experience in process identification and redesign, manual development, and KPI implementation.
* Desired experience in permit/license management and handling regulatory inspections.
* Proficiency in process mapping tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
* Advanced Excel proficiency required.
* Power BI (desirable).
* Experience with ERP systems for operational management.
* Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and project management.

* **Location:** Av. Brígida Silva de Ochoa N.° 398, San Miguel – Lima.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
