We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Perform candidate sourcing and resume screening according to departmental requirements. * Conduct general induction for new employees and maintain payroll records. * Manage worker insurance policies (inclusions and exclusions). * Coordinate the execution of occupational medical evaluations according to the OSH plan. * Process claims for EsSalud subsidies. * Monitor cases of employees on medical leave. * Send information to accounting for settlement calculations. * Handle overtime calculation for operational staff. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources Management. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Understanding of HR indicators. * Prior experience in industrial sector companies – operational personnel. * Intermediate level in Excel. **We Offer:** * Full compliance with all legal benefits. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Immediate payroll inclusion from the first day. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Profit sharing participation.
