We are looking for a Technical Office Manager – GITO Retail Project At **DECHINI**, we are seeking a highly qualified professional to assume the role of **Technical Office Manager** within the Technical Engineering and Construction Inspection Management of a major commercial expansion and renovation project exceeding **41,000 m²**, located in Surquillo, Lima. The project will be executed within an operating shopping center; therefore, it presents a high-complexity technical challenge: multidisciplinary coordination, interference control, document traceability, valuation review, and change management—without disrupting commercial operations. If you enjoy transforming complex technical information into clear decisions, anticipating risks, and leading coordination among designers, contractors, and specialists, **this challenge is for you!** Mandatory Requirements * **Education:** Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum five years of professional experience, with proven track record as Technical Office Manager, Technical Coordinator, Technical Office Engineer, or similar positions. * **Technical Experience:** Proficiency in quantity take-offs, valuations, extras, budgets, document control, and technical file reviews. * **Availability:** 100% on-site work at the construction site. Desirable Technical Knowledge * **Technical and Economic Management:** Review and reconciliation of quantity take-offs, valuations, extras, deductions, and physical\-financial progress. * **Coordination and BIM:** Integration of architecture, structures, and installations; identification of interferences; and review of BIM models. * **Document Management:** Handling of RFIs, submittals, transmittals, red-line drawings, As\-Built files, and platforms such as Plan OK or similar. * **Planning and Control:** Familiarity with Lookahead schedules, S-curves, PPC (Percent Planned Complete), constraint management, and progress reporting.
