**EPIC INVESTMENT**, a company dedicated to the importation of products with a presence in the market, has decided to expand its growth through its EPIC SHOP store—a large-format physical store specialized in marketing innovative, fast-moving products across multiple categories such as home goods, technology, stationery, personal care, beauty, snacks, pets, and decoration, among others—making the store a strategic sales point, commercial showroom, and supply hub. Our company is seeking a **Store Manager**, who will be fully responsible for the store’s operations, ensuring its proper functioning in terms of sales, inventory control, team leadership, visual merchandising, market analysis—including price benchmarking—and achievement of commercial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage the store’s daily operations * Control physical and system-based inventories (receipts, shipments, cycle counts, and shrinkage) * Ensure visual merchandising standards, product displays, and planogram compliance * Lead, organize, and supervise sales staff, cashiers, and warehouse personnel * Develop and manage staff schedules, shifts, and assigned duties * Monitor key performance indicators: daily sales, average transaction value, category-level product turnover, and stockouts * Execute promotions, commercial campaigns, and in-store activations * Coordinate with Marketing and Administration departments * Prepare operational and commercial reports for management **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience as Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or Store Administrator * Experience managing multiple categories, high SKU counts, large inventories, and fast-moving products * Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in physical retail **Work Location:** Address: Av.
