Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CAD Technician/Designer in metal-mechanical engineering to develop models, perform calculations, and supervise projects in the workshop. Key Responsibilities: 1. Structural project development and modeling. 2. Performing structural calculations and material takeoffs. 3. Supervising and coordinating workshop personnel. A Peruvian metal-mechanical company serving the industrial and mining sectors is seeking a **CAD Technician/Designer** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in TEKLA Structures and AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of SAP 2000 and Inventor (preferred). * Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate. **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary. * MYPE payroll (50% of benefits). * Availability to work in the district of **Ate**, **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities:** * **Develop structural models in TEKLA**, ensuring technical consistency and constructability. * Perform **structural calculations** in accordance with project requirements and current technical standards. * **Model new projects**, developing accurate technical drawings and models for proper execution. * Execute **material takeoffs**, ensuring accuracy in quantities and resource optimization. * Prepare construction cost estimates, considering material costs, labor, and execution timelines. * Develop and monitor **work schedules**, tracking progress and adherence to established deadlines. * **Supervise workshop personnel**, coordinating tasks, verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
