The selected candidate will join our commercial team and have the opportunity to directly participate in **lead generation, prospect management, follow-up, and sales closure**, using channels such as WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media. What will be your mission? Convert interested individuals into customers by providing personalized service, conducting follow-ups, and supporting them throughout the entire purchasing process. Main Responsibilities: * Generate and contact potential customers from TikTok, WhatsApp, social media, and events. * Respond to inquiries and provide information about our events and services. * Follow up with interested prospects. * Identify customer needs and sales opportunities. * Manage and close sales. * Follow up with customers having pending payments. * Record and update commercial information in Excel or Google Sheets. * Support commercial campaigns and activities. * Submit daily reports on sales progress and results.
