**Date:** Sep 10, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. *At Alicorp, we are committed to continuing to nourish a better tomorrow, promoting inclusive talent attraction processes focused on equal opportunities, working as a team and valuing diverse talent.* ***What will your challenge be?*** Establish and plan the electrical and instrumentation maintenance strategy for the plants, aiming to ensure reliability of production lines, as well as proper operational performance to meet established production schedules. ***What will you do in your role?*** * Design and plan the electrical and instrumentation maintenance strategy for the company's plants. * Manage and supervise the proper maintenance of plant equipment, primarily electrical, electronic and instrumentation, as well as supervise the Metrological Control Program. * Monitor budget deviations against actual spending and propose improvements in budget design. ***What do we need from you?*** * Professionals with degrees in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. * Specialization in NFPA standards is desirable. * Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation programs and process control is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial control equipment operation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Rockwell) is desirable. * Knowledge of Industry 4\.0 specialization programs is desirable. * Proficiency in industrial communication networks and protocols software. * Minimum of 03 years of experience in similar roles within the mass consumption, food & beverages, energy, hydrocarbons, mining, or cement industries. * Intermediate level English proficiency is desirable. * Autocad proficiency is desirable.
