Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Melting Furnace Operator with expertise in operating and supervising industrial furnaces, controlling temperature and metal melting processes, and handling tools specific to this field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and supervise melting furnaces according to established parameters 2. Control the temperature and melting time of metal 3. Load materials into the furnace and pour molten metal An industrial plant with over 40 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing parts, machinery, and accessories for the mining industry, seeks to hire a **MELTING FURNACE OPERATOR**. Requirements: - Must be over 18 years of age. - Completed secondary education. - Experience in metal casting and operation of industrial furnaces (mandatory). - Knowledge of metal melting processes and temperature control. - Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to the casting area. - Good physical condition for plant work and exposure to high temperatures. - Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to industrial safety standards. - Reside in areas near Puente Piedra (Km 36.5 on the Panamericana Norte Highway – Fundición Bus Stop). Duties: - Operate and supervise melting furnaces according to established parameters. - Control the temperature and melting time of metal. - Load materials into the furnace and pour molten metal. - Inspect the quality of molten material. - Comply with industrial safety procedures. - Participate in basic maintenance and cleaning tasks within the area. Offered: - Weekly payments. - Immediate employment. - Fixed day off (Sundays).
