**IT Intern**

**IT Intern**
This position will provide first-line support for business systems for both internal customers and vendors. These systems include solutions developed internally and externally. The IT Intern must be able to work in a team environment to advance projects aligned with Volvo Financial Services Peru. Their primary point of contact will be the IT team in Brazil, and functional users will be business areas in Peru.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide first-level support to functional users for business applications.
* Daily tracking of support calls and resolutions.
* Defect tracking for business systems.
* Coordinate change requests for system improvements and support.
* User administration: user access (additions, modifications, deletions, configurations).
* Vendor relationship management: maintain contact with vendors to ensure premium support.
* Manage small-scale project requests as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Final-year students or recent graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Minimum internship experience in Systems \- IT areas.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of Power Platform (desirable).
