We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Procurement Analyst and join our team.
What do we expect from you?
* Technical degree or university bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
* 2–3 years of experience as a procurement assistant, advisor, or analyst in construction, mining, or oil\&gas companies.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, on-site environment.
You should have solid knowledge of:
* Advanced-level office software
What will be your mission?
* Address internal client requirements by requesting and evaluating quotations to select the optimal purchase option.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Comprehensively manage procurement and service requirements—from request through award—ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and timeline targets.
* Conduct basic technical and economic analysis of quotations, prepare comparative tables, and substantiate the best purchasing alternative.
* Lead supplier negotiations and define commercial terms.
* Validate budgets and ensure cost optimization in every procurement process.
* Manage issuance of Purchase Orders and Service Orders, ensuring accurate definition of scope, conditions, and supporting documentation.
* Develop, qualify, and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and financial requirements.
* Manage and monitor supplier performance, promoting continuous improvement through periodic feedback.
* Coordinate with internal clients to align requirements, propose alternatives for specification improvement and optimization.
* Coordinate and request serial numbers of newly purchased equipment for inclusion in the purchase order.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and procurement process improvements.
* Ensure control and timely updates of information in tracking matrices (RQ, RS, purchase orders, etc.).
* Coordinate procurement-related document management (certificates, contracts, technical validations, due diligence, etc.).
* Maintain the supplier database up to date.
