We are looking for a **Licensed Civil Engineer** with extensive experience leading building and industrial infrastructure projects. If you master comprehensive construction management, possess technical vision, and focus your work on results, this position is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead building and industrial warehouse projects comprehensively.
* Supervise and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.
* Review and validate quantity take-offs, drawings, specifications, and planning.

**Essential Requirements**

* Demonstrable experience in: Structures, finishes, MEP installations; Industrial warehouses, warehouses, site preparations, and industrialization projects.
* Technical proficiency in: Advanced drawing interpretation, quantity take-offs, and specifications.
* Cost management, budgeting, and construction control.
* Scheduling (MS Project; Primavera preferred).
* Peruvian regulations: RNE (E.020, E.030, E.060, E.070, G.050) and safety standards.
* Contracts, progress payments, extras/deductibles, and document management.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Diploma or Master’s degree in: Project Management, Construction, Lean Construction, PMI, Quality, or Safety.
