Our client, **a well-known insurance sector company**, is seeking a(n): **IT Process Analyst** **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in roles related to process analysis, control, compliance, or management. * Experience participating in the design, elicitation, documentation, and improvement of processes, workflows, and policies—preferably within Information Technology areas. * Experience supporting the collection, review, and quality control of evidence for audits or internal controls. * Fundamental knowledge of **ITIL**. * Knowledge of methodologies for designing, documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving IT processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Model, document, and optimize Information Technology processes, ensuring compliance with efficiency, control, and best-practice standards. * Conduct process elicitation, analysis, and structuring, identifying improvement opportunities and risk mitigation measures. * Monitor IT control compliance indicators, generating early alerts for potential deviations. * Ensure the integrity, organization, and quality control of evidence required for internal and external audits. * Manage the implementation and updating of IT department policies, manuals, and procedures, promoting their proper adoption by involved departments. * Track compliance with controls and processes, contributing to operational risk reduction and strengthening IT governance. * Prepare reports and metrics to evaluate the performance and compliance of technological processes.
