Your main challenges will be: Recruitment and Selection: Execute comprehensive selection processes quickly and efficiently, filling operational, technical, and administrative vacancies within designated timeframes. Culture and Engagement: Collaborate in launching programs and activities that embody our corporate principles and reinforce workplace climate. Creative Communication: Develop communication materials and graphic resources for all our internal and external channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, bulletin boards, etc.).
