We offer solutions in studies and research, brokerage, real estate consulting, project management, space design and implementation, and facility management — seeking optimal talent for the position of: Position: Quality Engineer Location: Cercado (Lima 15081\) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Supervise the execution of quality control activities on site, including inspections and testing. * Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan as stipulated in the project’s contractual documents. * Review the following documents prior to commencement of work: construction procedure and inspection point plan, in coordination with Production Manager(s); obtain approval and disseminate to area personnel. * Ensure inspection, measurement, and testing equipment is calibrated and holds a valid calibration certificate. * Communicate the Quality Policy to staff, site personnel, and subcontractors. * Establish quality, health, and safety standards. * Define quality procedures jointly with operational personnel. * Identify ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. * Establish and maintain documentation controls and procedures. * Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports. * Suggest changes and improvements, and how to implement them. * Review customer requirements and ensure their fulfillment. * Coordinate closure of documented findings identified on site by the client, supervision, or site personnel, ensuring deadlines are not exceeded. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System by conducting audits and verifying adherence to audit criteria. * Comply with GPYC.SSOMA\-ES\-07 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities of the OHSMS. Requirements: * Education Level: Bachelor’s degree and professional license, Civil Engineer * Work Experience Areas: Operations or Administration * Industry/Sector: Construction, Building, and/or Real Estate Services * Experience: 3 to 4 years Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery.
