Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact infrastructure and technological transformation program in the financial sector, with strategic vision and leadership capability. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Technological Modernization Program! At Synopsis, we continue growing and seek a professional with strategic vision and leadership capability to drive a high-impact infrastructure and technological transformation program in the financial sector (Backlevel). * Hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Duration: 6 months with extension potential We seek solid experience in: * Leadership of highly complex technology programs (+5 years) * Management of infrastructure projects, platform modernization, and migrations * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and technology vendors * Stakeholder, risk, and dependency management * Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, as well as PMBOK * On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure * Change Management (ITIL) and incident/problem management * Windows Server, Linux, Databases, and Middleware * Prior experience in the financial sector or in operationally critical enterprises will be highly valued. Education: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
