




Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant / Accounting Manager to lead the Administration and Finance department in a construction company, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Implementation of IFRS policies and improvement of accounting processes. A prominent construction-sector company is seeking a General Accountant / Accounting Manager to assume a key role within the Administration and Finance department. Responsibilities: Lead monthly and annual financial closing (recordings, accruals, depreciation). Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). Supervise and organize the work of the accounting team. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and filings. Implement and maintain accounting policies under IFRS and local regulations. Organize and regularize historical accounting information. Prepare financial reports for management. Coordinate internal and external audits. Requirements: Licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant (active license). Minimum 5 years of experience in comprehensive accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations. Experience with accounting ERP systems (CONCAR preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
