Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to support the engineering department in its operations and project management, from quotation requests to purchase report tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support to the engineering department 2. Quotation management and project procurement 3. Preparation and tracking of purchase reports On behalf of our client, a company specializing in wastewater treatment: Grupo SPENA. We are currently looking for an ENGINEERING ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: Technical diploma or graduate in Environmental Engineering / Sanitary Engineering / Industrial Administration. Knowledge of report writing. Knowledge of preparing project timeline/purchase tracking charts. Minimum 1 year of experience. FUNCTIONS: Provide support to the engineering department for all operational requirements. Supply information for project procurement charts. Support tracking of quotations for direct sales from the environmental department. Request approval of supplier quotations from the Engineering Manager or Management. Prepare and track purchase requirement reports for equipment, instruments, and services (to be reviewed by the Engineering Manager), for direct sales. Input quotations and orders into the ERP system.
