Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant ICT Technical Support Specialist focused on hardware to provide support to internal users and ensure the proper operation of technological equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance 2. On-site hardware and software incident resolution 3. Basic network support and device management At Panorama BPO, a leading corporate solutions and services company, we are looking for an Assistant ICT Technical Support Specialist with a hardware focus to support internal users and guarantee the correct operation of the organization's technological equipment. What will you do in this role? Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. Provide on-site hardware and software incident resolution. Offer basic network support, connectivity assistance, and device configuration. Manage device formatting, local backups, and updates. Log and track technical support tickets. Assist with ICT device inventory. What qualifications do you need to apply? Technical or university degree in Computing, Informatics, Networking, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk roles. Knowledge of: hardware maintenance and repair; Windows operating systems; basic networking (IP, connectivity, cabling); technical support ticketing tools. Availability to work 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. What do we offer? Salary: S/. 1600 Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
