Responsibilities: * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Handling of technical incidents. * Electrical and plumbing repairs. * Support in finishing and painting work. * Availability to work in San Borja. Requirements: * Technical graduate in Electricity, Plumbing, or related field. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance across various buildings. * Basic knowledge in: Electricity, Plumbing, Painting, Locksmithing, Finishing. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
