We are looking for a Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant responsible for administrative processes within the human talent area and for fulfilling payroll-related activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma or final-cycle student in Human Resources, Administration, OSH, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and OSH. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Residency in areas near Ate \- Santa Anita or Santa Clara. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Manage employment documentation and maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Monitor attendance, leave requests, vacations, and incidents. * Assist in payroll preparation and follow-up. * Deliver and coordinate 5-minute safety talks for staff. * Keep the OSH Management System (OSH-MS) documentation updated. * Follow up on inspections, incidents, and safety reports. * Control the delivery and registration of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support occupational wellness and organizational climate initiatives. * Prepare departmental reports and indicators. **BENEFITS:** * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Biweekly payments. * Formal employment contract and statutory benefits.\+ * Private SCTR insurance.
