Job Summary: We are seeking Large-Format Printers to operate, calibrate, and configure production machines, ensuring print quality and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and calibrate digital and large-format printing machines 2. Monitor the production process and verify print quality 3. Perform basic preventive maintenance and propose improvements POP UP E.I.R.L., an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is currently seeking **Large-Format Printers**. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Completed secondary education (mandatory) or technical training in Graphic Production, Graphic Design, etc. (preferred). \- Availability to work rotating shifts (as required). \- Experience operating digital and large-format printing machines \- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance \- Experience operating UV Merch machines (desirable) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Operate, calibrate, and configure production machines according to technical specifications. \- Adjust equipment based on material requirements and quality standards. \- Continuously monitor the production process to ensure optimal performance. \- Verify print quality and implement corrections when deviations occur. \- Perform basic preventive maintenance and report technical incidents. \- Prevent failures and downtime through consistent operational control. \- Propose process improvements, time optimizations, and efficient resource utilization. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations (OSH and PPE). \- Comply with internal policies and duties assigned by the supervisor. **CONDITIONS** \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (availability for rotation required) \- Location: Cercado de Lima \- MYPE payroll (50% benefits) \- Overtime pay in accordance with labor law \- Payment: Biweekly **BENEFITS** \- Bonus, CTS, and vacation benefits at 50% \- Health insurance for you and your family, mandatory life insurance, EPS. \- Career growth within the company \- Overtime pay in accordance with labor law \- Dynamic work environment Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima? * Do you agree with the MYPE regime?
