Pleasant work environment **MAFISA MOTORS S.A.C.**, an automotive sector company, is looking for new talent to fill the position of **FULL STACK PROGRAMMER**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate knowledge of **React 18** and **JavaScript**. * Intermediate knowledge of **PHP 8** and **Laravel 10**. * Knowledge of **Clean Code**, **SOLID principles**, and the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**. * Knowledge of microservices architecture and development of decoupled applications. * Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze, develop, and maintain web applications built in PHP. * Analyze system requirements and propose technological solutions aligned with business needs. * Conduct unit and quality testing to ensure proper software functionality. * Develop, enhance, and implement new modules for the organization's ERP system. * Restructure, refactor, or migrate applications to new technologies. * Develop integrations using APIs, SOAP, and SDKs. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll, including all statutory benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Professional development opportunity.
