Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals business line in our San Isidro office. **About the Role** * Develop engineering studies (Scope, Feasibility Study, and Pre-Feasibility Study) and detailed engineering for the execution of industrial power and distribution systems. * Ensure appropriate quality in the content of deliverables produced by electrical disciplines. * Design power distribution systems for industrial plants and associated infrastructure. * Ensure appropriate quality in the content of deliverables produced by electrical and instrumentation disciplines. **About You** * Electrical Engineering graduate * 10 years of experience as a Power and Electrical Distribution Systems Specialist, Substation Specialist, Overhead Line Specialist, Technical Specifications Developer, Data Sheet Developer, Statement of Work (SOW) developer, and tender evaluation specialist for mining projects. * Knowledge of and ability to interpret P&ID diagrams, process flow diagrams, instrumentation equipment selection, DCS and PLC control systems, and IT (M) radio communication systems. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Development of calculation memoranda covering maximum demand, conductors, grounding, lightning protection, lighting, insulation, equipment lists, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, data sheets, etc. * Competent level of English **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
