Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture Analyst to lead the technical-administrative and regulatory management of new openings in Peru, ensuring legal compliance and operational readiness. At Grupo Smart Fit—the largest physical fitness center network in Latin America—we continue expanding to deliver high-quality fitness to everyone. We seek an Architecture Analyst to lead the technical-administrative and regulatory management of our new openings in Peru. This role is critical to ensuring that all branches comply fully with legal requirements and operate according to scheduled timelines. Main Responsibilities License and Permit Management: Lead and execute procedures with municipal authorities and regulatory entities to obtain construction licenses, operational permits, and facility activation approvals for our branches. Technical Modification and Adaptation: Modify floor plans and technical documentation as required for submission and approval by municipal authorities, ensuring compliance with Smart Fit standards. Process Tracking: Conduct end-to-end tracking of document filing and administrative processing with external agents, guaranteeing adherence to expansion timelines. Document Management: Administer and process conditioning letters, technical inspection certificates (ITSE), and other documents required for proper gym operations. Regulatory Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with current regulatory requirements at every project stage across all jurisdictions in Peru. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as liaison between design and construction teams and government agencies to promptly resolve technical observations. What We Seek? Education: Degree in Architecture. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience in license management, municipal procedures, and project development (prior experience in retail or gyms is preferred). Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of urban regulations and administrative procedures before Peruvian public entities; proficiency in AutoCAD for plan modifications. Profile: Highly organized professional with strong process management skills, ability to track multiple concurrent processes, and excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse external stakeholders.
