Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and infrastructure in restaurants. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Graduate Technician in Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in electricity, plumbing, and refrigeration. Knowledge of general services, masonry, and carpentry. Availability to travel to various locations (Mega Plaza, San Miguel, San Isidro, Miraflores, others). Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:15 pm (flexibility to work overtime when required, with overtime pay). Responsibilities: Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in restaurants. Perform basic inspections and repairs on kitchen equipment and infrastructure, under the guidance of the technical team. Respond to operational incidents and failures, contributing to uninterrupted store operations. Support energy and water consumption monitoring, identifying improvement opportunities. Comply with safety and hygiene standards, learning and working according to established procedures. Coordinate with senior technicians and provide support to external vendors during specialized work.
