Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to operate Kaltenbach machines and Avenger Drilling Machines, focused on the fabrication and assembly of metal structures. Key Highlights: 1. CNC Operator with experience operating Kaltenbach machines and Avenger Drilling Machines. 2. Knowledge of pantograph machines, H-beam cutting, and blueprint reading. A reputable company specializing in the fabrication, design, and assembly of metal structures is seeking an experienced CNC Operator (Kaltenbach and Avenger Drilling Machines) for our SJL plant. Requirements: Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Machinery and Tools — DESIRABLE. 2 years of experience as a machine operator. Knowledge of pantograph machine operation, H-beam cutting, drilling machines, shear cutting machines, blueprint reading, units of measurement, and calibration equipment — MANDATORY. Knowledge of tape measures, verniers, and micrometers. Responsibilities: Perform pre-operation checklists for each machine. Verify consumable stock in coordination with warehouse staff. Enter daily progress reports per machine into the system. Perform daily maintenance (cleaning and inspection). Ensure that the forklift is properly stored at the end of each day.
