Responsibilities:
Monitor and track the entity's Market Risk and Liquidity Risk indicators.
Prepare periodic reports for the Risk Committee, ALCO, and Management, analyzing the evolution of key risk indicators.
Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports required by the SBS and the BCRP, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
Monitor adherence to internal and regulatory limits related to Market Risk and Liquidity Risk.
Participate in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of the Liquidity Contingency Plan.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress tests to assess the impact of adverse scenarios on liquidity and market risk exposure.
Develop indicators for assessing capital adequacy and integrated risk management.
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports for risk monitoring using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Identify early warnings and deviations in risk indicators, proposing mitigation actions.
Respond to information requests from internal audit, external audit, and regulatory bodies, following up on observations and action plans.
Propose improvements to processes, methodologies, and tools for Market Risk and Liquidity Risk monitoring.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Market Risk and Liquidity Risk within financial institutions.
Knowledge of SBS regulations applicable to Market Risk and Liquidity Risk.
Experience in preparing regulatory reports for the SBS and the BCRP.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, or Python).
