




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage shipments, client service, and international trade procedures, requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage shipments and relationships with agents and internal/external clients. 2. Handle procedures and tracking for international trade. 3. Handle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at AIS DEL PERU S.A.C. REQUIREMENTS: Completed studies in International Trade or International Business. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations within international freight forwarding agencies or related fields. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of procedures and legislation related to international trade operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client service for agents and internal/external clients. Tracking and control of shipments. Management of routing/bookings. Settlement of shipments. Submission of manifests to Customs. Maintain updated customer profiles and data in the system.
