We are currently seeking an **AIR CONDITIONING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** to lead and supervise HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical staff, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and guaranteeing proper field service execution. FIELD WORK 70% / OFFICE 30%. **Requirements:** \- Certified technician or graduate in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2\-3 years of relevant experience. \- Knowledge of Split, VRF, and ventilation system installation and maintenance. \- Basic proficiency in technical reporting and personnel coordination. \- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. \- Responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented. \- Prepare reports as required. \- Availability to work day and night shifts. \- Preferred: Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise field operations. \- Coordinate with clients and technical teams. \- Verify service quality and deadline compliance. \- Prepare basic service reports. **We Offer:** \- Positive work environment. \- Opportunity for professional growth. \- Timely payments (bi-weekly). \- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for job activities.
