




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform merchandise conditioning, control, and inventory management, ensuring warehouse organization and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain warehouse order and organization while complying with safety regulations An importing and steel trading company is currently seeking a Warehouse Operator. Work Location: Maquinarias Branch (A. Universitaria at Av. Maquinarias) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Availability for weekend overtime required). Requirements: Completed secondary education. Experience operating a forklift is desirable. Minimum one year of operational work experience, preferably in iron or similar material warehouses. Main Responsibilities: Perform merchandise conditioning according to established procedures (receiving, inspection, counting, sampling, labeling, storage, and dispatch). Conduct merchandise control and counting, ensuring inventory accuracy and preventing claims. Carry out daily, cyclical, and family-type inventories. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming or defective merchandise (damage, quality issues, or others). Prepare, receive, dispatch, and verify merchandise against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Inspect material condition prior to dispatch, generating evidence to prevent claims. Maintain warehouse order and proper organization. Comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations.
