Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Assistant to perform tasks including generating delivery guides, preparing reports, driver supervision, stock management, and information updates. Use of Power BI and Excel for data management Supply Assistant Location: Chacarilla, Santiago de Surco Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Generation of liquid delivery guides. Preparation of shrinkage reports. Creation of work schedules and driver hour tracking. Driver monitoring and supervision. Preparation and updating of purchase and sales reports. Management of departmental KPIs. Product-level stock control. Consolidation of information (NC/NB and other reports). Review and updating of dashboards. Data entry into the system (Sige). Data loading and updating in Power BI. Cross-checking information with the accounting department for reconciliations. Operational support tasks such as rod handling and supply control. · Requirements: Graduate or final-year student in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred). Analytical ability, organizational skills, and responsibility. · We Offer: Market-competitive remuneration.
