Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer for a company specializing in electromechanical systems, with experience in water pumping and knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in water pumping and fire protection systems. 2. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and blueprint reading. 3. Planning and supervision of electromechanical projects. A Peruvian company specializing in the installation of electromechanical systems—including fire protection, constant pressure, drainage and sump, and ventilation and HVAC systems—with offices in Bellavista and projects across major districts of Lima, is seeking to hire a professional matching the following profile. 1. PROJECT ENGINEER PROFILE Requirements: • Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields. • Experience in water pumping systems, including constant pressure and fire protection. • Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. Responsibilities: • Perform quantity take-offs, valuations, and quality dossiers. • Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, blueprint reading, intermediate-level Microsoft Office, and electrical panels. • Plan work activities by coordinating tasks according to priorities. • Plan and supervise execution of assigned project(s) in accordance with contract terms and/or service orders. • Monitor and supervise contractor(s) executing the assigned project(s) per contractual provisions. • Coordinate with clients and/or suppliers for the assigned project(s). • Prepare progress reports for the assigned project(s). • Conduct tests, prepare documentation (dossier), and coordinate project delivery.
