Analyze and evaluate lifting equipment to ensure proper functionality. Coordinate with loading and unloading teams to optimize processes. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on lifting equipment. Develop lifting plans for cranes together with the operator. Other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor · Requirements 1–2 years of prior experience handling lifting and loading equipment or in positions similar to this role. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, safety in vehicular transit of cranes and heavy machinery, defensive operation of heavy machinery, and cargo lifting practices. Relevant licenses and certifications in lifting and loading. Competencies Ability to work effectively in a team and resolve technical problems. Safe decision-making under pressure.
