




Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of personnel selection and development, including recruitment, coordination of internal processes, and documentation updates. Coordinates SENATI trainings and sponsorships Grupo Herrera, located in El Agustino, is seeking to fill the position of: SELECTION AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST. Applicants must meet the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Accounting Updated knowledge of current labor legislation Specialized courses in Human Resource Management Knowledge of psychological tests (projective and psychometric) Proficiency in KPIs Office – Dashboard 3 years of experience in similar positions FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies through various internal and/or external sources to attract a wide pool of applicants, and presenting the most suitable candidates for the position. Coordinate interviews with candidates; if selected, coordinate internal procedures such as background checks, Offer Letters (if applicable), virtual test evaluations, internal documents, and personal data for preparation of the employee onboarding form. Responsible for developing and updating job descriptions, MOF (Manual of Functions), organizational charts, internal policies, Internal Work Regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Regulations for the Group. Register for requested trainings and prepare related documentation (service order, syllabus, registration form, and approval) to ensure timely payment and registration, coordinated with the Treasury and Accounting departments. Maintain the Annual Training Plan up to date, as well as deliver certificates for enrolled courses. Monthly dissemination of SENATI’s free trainings, including registration and certificate delivery. Coordinate and prepare all documentation required for SENATI sponsorships, both for employees and their immediate family members. Responsible for implementing and registering the Institutional Lactation Room across all Group locations. Responsible for forming and updating the Sexual Harassment at Work Committee. Responsible for the monthly declaration of SENATI contributions per company, as well as submission of annual sworn declarations.
