Professional training and experience in technical procurement. Purpose of the Position We are looking for an Electrical Designer for the Operations Management department. Your primary challenge will be to manage the end-to-end procurement process for technical goods and specialized services, selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines, to ensure the availability of critical supplies for manufacturing projects and the company’s operational continuity. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** Quoting and selecting technical products and services by analyzing market variables to ensure optimal price and quality conditions for each specific project. Managing and executing the purchase order cycle within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timely approval of procurements. Supervising and coordinating logistics of goods and service deliveries with suppliers to guarantee adherence to committed deadlines at distribution centers or offices. Validating and processing tax and technical documentation (invoices and shipping guides) with Accounting and Treasury departments to ensure timely supplier payments and administrative closure of the procurement process. Requirements **What do you need to take on this challenge?:** **Education:** University graduate in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a technical buyer or similar role. **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and other materials. Proficiency in SAP B1\.
