Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Station Administrator to plan, execute, and control fuel sales and distribution activities, leading teams and managing commercial relationships. Ensuring station operationality and safety A fuel retail company operating a chain of service stations is looking for a SERVICE STATION ADMINISTRATOR. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Intermediate and/or Advanced Excel skills (report generation). \- Experience as a supervisor, administrator, or manager in Service or Retail companies (minimum 3 years). \- Experience leading work teams. \- Experience in commercial management. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. \- Residency in nearby areas. \- Availability to work at AV. URUBAMBA 507 \- ATE **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Plan, organize, execute, and control all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes to achieve the strategic objectives of the assigned station. \- Establish commercial relationships with new customers to generate business and acquire new clients. \- Lead station personnel in achieving the company's strategic objectives and foster a positive working environment among subordinates. \- Conduct periodic station inspections to supervise compliance with applicable safety procedures and measures. **Others:** \- Comply with company procedures. \- Ensure operationality and safety of the service station. \- Ensure compliance with controls (inventory, cash, credit cards, consumption vouchers, expenses, and assets). \- Maintain service quality standards. \- Maintain the station’s positive image and appearance. \- Ensure adequate fuel supply to the station. \- Increase sales at the service station by inviting corporate clients. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration from day one (General Regime). \- Ongoing training. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. \- Market-competitive salary.
